JoinFaded Open-Edition Print Return Policy

The canonical JoinFaded ASP returns policy defines return windows by geography, purchase channel, product and customer segment. There is no single return window for every purchase.

Policy version 1.0 · Effective 2026-10-05

Canadian consumer · online · open-edition print37 days from deliveryUnless a higher-priority rule applies.
Trade customer · online · open-edition print60 days from deliveryThis higher-priority rule overrides the Canadian online window.

Default return terms

30 days from delivery when no matching rule overrides the default.

Method: Ship the return
Return shipping: Customer pays
Refund method: Original payment method
Condition: Undamaged; Original packaging when reasonably possible

Return windows and contextual overrides

All conditions within a row must match. Start with the default terms, then apply matching rows in ascending priority order. Higher-priority rules win conflicts; terms not changed by a rule remain in effect.

How precedence works

For a Canadian consumer purchasing an open-edition print online, the Canada rule (priority 200) sets the window to 37 days from delivery. For a trade customer with the same purchase, the trade rule (priority 400) overrides that window with 60 days from delivery. The damaged-in-transit rule has higher priority than both and applies when damage in transit is the stated reason.
