Service capabilities

ASP advertises cancel-order, return, and package-tracking capabilities.

Transaction execution is unavailable. All advertised HTTPS and MCP bindings are marked mock and return HTTP 501 with executed: false. Do not claim that an order was cancelled, a return was initiated, a refund was issued, or a shipment was tracked.

Policy resolution

A Canadian consumer e-commerce purchase of an unframed open-edition print has a 37-day return window from delivery. A trade customer’s open-edition e-commerce purchase has a 60-day return window from delivery, overriding the Canadian consumer rule. Apply all matching rules in ascending priority order; higher-priority rules win conflicts.
